Stuffed Crab
Preparation
1. Once defrosted, open the crab and remove the digestive tract. Set aside the shell and place the meat in a bowl.
2. Finely chop the boiled egg, parsley, and pickles, and add them to the same bowl.
3. Pour in some beer and add the mustard.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and piri-piri (chili). Mix well.
5. Add the mayonnaise and breadcrumbs, and mix again until well combined.
6. Fill the crab shell with the mixture.
7. Refrigerate until chilled and serve with toast.
